We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase 2: Concept Development for your interior design project. This phase has been instrumental in shaping the design journey:

• Preliminary Space Planning: Efficient utilization and allocation of space tailored to your preferences.
• Materials, Finishes, & Furnishings: Handpicked choices that synchronize with the envisioned design.
• Visualization: Realistic 3D and 360-degree views to offer you a tangible sense of the final outcome.
• Conceptual Plans: Preliminary blueprints to set the foundation for the final design.

With the culmination of this phase and your approval of the design concept, we now move to the next financial milestone.

Payment Details:

• An installment of 40% of the total project fee is due, translating to $2,260 (inclusive of all taxes).

Fee Breakdown:

• Project Size: 125m2 (1345ft2).
• Standard Pricing: Our usual rate stands at $5/sq.ft. Given the size of your space and factoring in the 13% HST, the total would be approximately $7,576.52.
• Special Pricing: Recognizing our collaboration, we've adjusted this to $5,000. Including the HST, the comprehensive fee is $5,650.

What's Next?

1. Dirty Kitchen Design: We are on track to finalize this segment by Wednesday.
2. Construction Drawings: Post the kitchen design, we'll embark on creating comprehensive construction drawings for your contractor's utilization.

Once these construction blueprints are ready, a new payment link will be dispatched to ensure smooth access to your files.
